<p>According to <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/05/19/jay-z-beyonce-home-purchase-malibu-record-breaking-mansion/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><em>TMZ</em></a>, the 30,000-square-foot Malibu mansion is located within a high-rollin&#8217; area and situated on 8 acres of land overlooking the Pacific Ocean.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s also noted that celebrity realtor <a href="https://weahomes.com/agents/agent/?id=167" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Kurt Rappaport</strong></a> oversaw the purchase, and — as the sellers initially sought $295M — it looks like Beyoncé and Jay-Z got a great deal!</p>
<p>This $200M purchase reportedly set a new record for the most expensive home sold in the state, as it left the previous $177M record in the dust.</p>
<p>Additionally, we should add that it&#8217;s reportedly also the second most expensive real estate deal in the country, with a $238M New York City apartment claiming the top spot.</p>
<p>As for the home, <em>TMZ </em>says it took 15 years to build the all-concrete house. Japanese architect <strong>Tadao Ando</strong>, who&#8217;s allegedly working on a home for <strong>Kanye West</strong>, also designed it.</p>

<p>This news comes as Beyoncé is busy traveling for her Renaissance World Tour.</p>

The tour is set to continue through early autumn, and a New Orleans show on Sept. 27 is the final stop.</p>
