She recently went on Instagram live to address her highly-criticized darkened appearance and decided to use both Lil Kim and Tarzan as an example to plead her case.
Earlier this month, social media was in an uproar when Bhad Bhabie debuted a noticeable new look on social media courtesy of extremely darker skin. She was immediately accused of cultural appropriation and blackfishingthings that she has been accused of in the past.
Well, she recently hopped on Instagram live to explain the reasoning behind her new look, but that got overshadowed when she brought Lil Kim into it and also the character of Tarzan. She said that while she has respect for Lil Kim and is a fan, she wears white makeup and got a nose job because she wanted to look white.
Speaking on Kim, Bhad Bhabie said:
The girl wears foundation thats too light for her face. The girl went and got a nose job to have a smaller nose like white people. Yall dont see that? She literally got surgery to make herself look like a white person. Shes wearing white, like makeup thats light and yall dont say a godd**n word about her. Yall dont say a godd**n f**king word about her.
Then she went on to add Tarzan to the mix, saying:
And then another thing I’d like to say is, y’all say that I try to be Black because I…and maybe a reason in me trying to be Black is ’cause I grew up in the hood. Tarzan, right? The story of Tarzan.
As usual, social media dragged herand as usual, she doesnt seem to care.
