#Roommates, a judge has ordered Birdman to give up the keys to his Miami mansion ASAP! In court documents obtained by @Blast, it seems the Cash Money founder has been ordered to “immediately surrender possession of all keys and security system access” to his Miami compound that has 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
Here’s the backstory, Birdman has been in a lawsuit with a company named #EMGTransfer who is alleging Birdman defaulted on a $12 million loan. Th home was originally purchased for $14.5M back in 2012 and was put up as collateral for the loan. But Birdman reportedly didn’t cover the payments.
The judge in the case has ordered for a court appointed person to take over the premises and take control of all contracts, leases, rental agreements, furniture and anything that pertains to the home!
The home can not be sold or transferred until the entire case is resolved.
