<p>Could she be pregnant? That was the question to be answered when Blac Chyna sparked pregnancy talk Tuesday morning after she posted a photo of a baby&#8217;s ultrasound with the caption &#8220;Blessed 2020&#8221;.</p>

<p>After doing some digging, we found that Chyna actually posted the same ultrasound posted by a Moscow makeup artist 4 hours earlier.</p>
