<p><strong>Blueface</strong>, real name <strong>Jonathan Porter</strong>, will have to <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/tory-lanezs-lawyers-seeking-probation-prison-sentencing/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">serve probation</a> for a 2022 Las Vegas shooting. The suspended prison sentence was reportedly part of a <a href="https://www.8newsnow.com/investigators/rapper-blueface-gets-probation-in-las-vegas-strip-club-shooting/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">pre-arranged plea deal</a> the judge and Porter reached this summer, per <em>8 News Now</em>.</p>
<p>Judge Kathleen Delaney announced the suspended 24-60 months prison sentence on Monday (Oct. 2). His attorneys, Kristina Wildeveld and Lisa Rasmussen, reportedly confirmed the rapper will only serve probation.</p>

<p>The 26-year-old&#8217;s probation comes after an altercation on the morning of Oct. 8, 2022. Blueface and the alleged victim, <strong>Kentabius Traylor</strong>, allegedly exchanged words at the Euphoric Gentlemen&#8217;s Club on the Vegas strip. As they later exited the venue, Traylor alleges he joked about Blueface flirting with women while driving a &#8220;cheap vehicle.&#8221;</p>

<p>In response, a group of men allegedly connected to the rapper &#8220;struck <a href="https://lasvegassun.com/news/2022/nov/16/warrant-blueface-allegedly-fired-shots-after-victi/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Traylor multiple times</a>,&#8221; which surveillance footage later confirmed, per <em>Las Vegas Sun. </em>After Kentabius attempted to flee in his vehicle, Blueface pulled out a weapon and fired at the car at least twice.</p>
<p>Traylor got medical treatment for a bullet graze on his hand and multiple bruises before reporting to police, per the arrest warrant. The victim had allegedly slammed into parked cars to escape the lot during the encounter.</p>

<p>During today&#8217;s proceedings, Traylor snapped photos with Blueface in the background and shared them on X, formerly Twitter. He insulted the rapper repeatedly, calling him a &#8220;p***y a** n***a,&#8221; &#8220;dusty,&#8221; and &#8220;humpy dumpy a**.&#8221; He also suggested he should&#8217;ve &#8220;slapped the back of this n***a head.&#8221;</p>
<p>According to <em>Law &; Crime</em>, Traylor also expressed disappointment in the outcome, saying he knows <em>&#8220;people who get more time for stealing bubblegum.&#8221; </em></p>

<p>Blueface was initially charged with attempted murder using a deadly weapon and discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle. His plea deal got the charge lowered to battery and firearm discharge.</p>
<p><em>8 News Now</em> reports that prosecutors also dropped a robbery charge against Blueface. He was charged after accusations of stealing a fan&#8217;s phone in June, but the charges were dropped after the Las Vegas shooting sentence.</p>
