Bobbi Kristina was found in her bathtub unconscious thirteen months ago, and its been nearly seven months since she past away without ever regaining consciousness to explain what exactly happened on that tragic day, but the world may soon know what happened because a Fulton County Superior Judge ruled today to unseal Bobbi’s autopsy report.
This comes after a motion was filed by WXIA.
“The motion claims the sealing order should be vacated because it was entered without notice to the public and without an opportunity for a hearing, in violation of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, the Georgia Constitution, and the rules of the court. The motion declares there is no question that autopsy reports are public records which have historically been open to the press and general public.”
The state on the other hand wants to keep the documents sealed because it’s part of a continuing investigation into her death. According to them they are still pursing leads and feel as though if the documents are released then it will put certain individuals at risk and provide crucial/private information to the world that only the state knows about.
Unfortunately the judge wasn’t satisfied with the States claims because he felt the State had plenty of time, months, to file criminal charges and will likely sign of on the documents within two days.
