Bobby Shmurda has been in jail for over a year now and his bond is standing firmly at $2 million but something interesting just happened in the case that could help with his release!
According to Shmurda’s attorney, two detectives in the case that brought Shmurda to prison have credibility issues. The attorney thinks that there is evidence that they have planted evidence and violated the Fourth Amendment a number of times. According to XXL, Shmurda’s attorney told the court of incidents when the detectives stopped and frisked Shmurda and whoever he was with but always released when they didn’t find anything they could arrest him for.
When trial starts on Feburary 22nd there’s no telling where the case might go. We hope that the bond doesn’t continue to increase and maybe a new more objective detective will be able to make something happen.
