<p><strong>Boosie</strong> recently took a moment<a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/boosie-ti-album-shelved-indefinitely-rat/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> to share</a> advice with his young fans, and the Baton Rouge, Louisiana, legend is imploring them <em>never</em> to<em> </em>turn to the streets.</p>
<p>After all, as survival is the &#8220;only thing that matters,&#8221; he&#8217;s letting people know that the lifestyle is <em>not</em> worth the trouble.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">Boosie Gets Real About The Lifestyle: &#8220;S**t Don&#8217;t Even Be Worth It&#8221;</h3>
<p>During a recent Instagram Live recorded and reshared by <a href="https://twitter.com/HipHopDX/status/1661856125229346816?s=20" target="_blank" rel="noopener">HipHopDX</a>, Boosie began an impromptu lecture. Specifically, the &#8220;Wipe Me Down&#8221; rapper dissuaded his younger fans from embracing the &#8220;gangsta&#8221; life.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Don&#8217;t never become no street n***a, though. Don&#8217;t never become no gangsta, bro.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>While explaining his rationale, Boosie described the danger of the lifestyle, as it&#8217;ll leave people steadily &#8220;lookin&#8217; over [their] shoulder.&#8221; He also mentioned how this life leaves people &#8220;always&#8221; needing backup to &#8220;protect&#8221; themselves.</p>

<p>He summed up the experience by proclaiming, <strong><em>&#8220;S**t don&#8217;t even be worth it, bro. You get older, you&#8217;ll be like, &#8216;D*mn, man.&#8217; Real shit, bro.&#8221;</em></strong></p>
<p>Before wrapping up his message, Boosie declared that &#8220;stay[ing] alive&#8221; is the &#8220;only thing that matters.&#8221;</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">The Rapper Recently Reflected On His Journey To Being Cancer Free</h3>
<p>This commentary comes on the heels of Boosie celebrating being <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/listicle/boosie-celebrates-cancer-free/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">cancer free</a>, as <em>The Shade Room </em>reported.</p>
<p>Earlier this month, the 40-year-old star hopped on <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CrvvUhNrz9I/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&;igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Instagram</a> and acknowledged getting the results he prayed for.</p>
<p>He also noted that, as he was preparing to meet up with his past cancer surgeon in light of the news, he discovered that the doctor passed away a year prior.</p>
<p>As a result, Boosie took a moment to honor the late surgeon, Dr. Wood, and reflect on their journey and his hurt over his passing.</p>
