Do you guys remember when we reported on Blac Chyna somehow being involved in a hit and run? Someone was whippin’ her white BMW down Reseda Blvd. around 1;30 a.m. on Nov. 8th. The driver whizzed through a stop sign and crashed into a car that was making a left turn. TMZ reported, “The collision was so violent Blac Chyna’s car took out a pole and a fire hydrant. The other car flew across the lanes and we’re told all 3 passengers were injured.” Sources from the crash site said that they had seen two African-American women in mini-skirts flee the scene and left the car behind as well.
Even though it’s confirmed that Chyna wasn’t even at the scene, both she and the driver are still legally responsible according to California law. A source close to the investigation told TMZ that Paige Addison from Boss Nails was the culprit! She and her lawyer met with the LAPD earlier this week where she had allegedly confessed to being the driver. Allegedly, Addison reiterated that Chyna was not in the car and not at the crash scene.
So, how much trouble will she be in? Well, TMZ hasn’t heard back from Addison, but according to law enforcement sources, “[they say] the case will be referred to prosecutors … leaving the scene of an accident where there are injuries can be prosecuted as a felony.”
I wonder if orange is Paige’s favorite color…
