Bow wow has no intentions on moving himself and his fiancé, Erica Mena out of his mom’s basement. The two are shacking up in the Atlanta Mansion and through an interview with People, he justifies his reasoning for returning and staying in the nest.
“It just makes sense,” he said. “First of all, the house is too big. But I want to make sure my mom is comfortable forever.”
He told People that moving in and splitting the house with his mom is something he learned from his mentor, Jermaine Dupree upon first moving to ATL. He said that was his living situation as well.
“He took part of the house and his mom had the whole rest of it. I said then that I wanted to have the same set up.”
He describes their basement situation as a downstairs condo where can party with his friends and his mom is completely undisturbed.
“There’s times where I’ll be down there for three days and we don’t see each other so it’s like I’m out of town even when I’m here.”
He says he loves the fact that he doesn’t have to get in a car or drive anywhere to visit her; he can just go up the stairs and say, ‘what up mom?’.”
He says he’s staying right there. Let’s chat below is it time for them to get their own crib?

This n!..gga is CHEAP in an UGLY way, and trying to justify his STINGINESS by saying the house is “too big”, he “learned this from Jermaine Dupri” & he “wants his Mom to be comfortable forever”. GTFOH – when you buy your MOM a house YOU GET THE FCUK OUT & get your OWN home so your MOM can live in her own home by HERSELF & have her own privacy & space. Nowhere in that story above does it say his mom ASKED him to live there. He’s a fcuking liar. He just wants to stay there so he doesn’t have to spend MORE MONEY and/or so he can SAVE UP & maybe buy his own house OR he might stay right there in his Mom’s house forever if he can
I don’t think Erica will be okay with this, either he’ll move after they’re married or look for divorce proceedings shortly thereafter.
Lol….I just feel when you are grown enough to get married and possibly start a family you need to venture out on your own. It sounds like the house may already be paid for and he tryna save money
without a college degree…..you cant do any of that
