<p>It looks like Andrew &#8220;Drew&#8221; Taggart won&#8217;t forget the first time he met T.I. because it resulted in a punch to the face! Drew, one of two members of The Chainsmokers, <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/@thechainsmokers/video/7132556001471057198?is_from_webapp=1&;sender_device=pc&;web_id=7123288413784688174">told the story</a> via Tik Tok. The one-minute clip shows Drew and his other half Alexander Pall in a club near celebrities like T.I. and Big Sean. After a few seconds, the video shows Drew and Alex telling the punch story while inside a moving car.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;T.I. just literally punched me in the face,&#8221; Drew said. &#8220;We&#8217;re in a vibe and I was like, I gave him a kiss on the cheek, but it was totally my fault.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Both Drew and Alex laughed at this part of the story. Then, Drew continued explaining what happened, including <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/t-i-kevin-samuels/">T.I.&#8217;s reaction</a>.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;He was like don&#8217;t do that and I was like okay. He pushed me off and I was like alright my bad,&#8221; Andrew shared.</p></blockquote>
<p>At this point, Alex interrupted and said, <em>&#8220;then his friend goes; you need to get your boy.&#8221;</em> Alex said it was a &#8220;what the f**k&#8221; moment for him because he had no context about the situation.</p>
<h5 style="text-align: center;"><strong>Drew Says T.I. Accepted His Apology </strong></h5>
<p>Drew <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/t-i-shares-a-positive-message-about-comedian-lauren-knight-as-he-wishes-her-well-update/">explained that T.I.</a> punched him in the face, and he reacted by saying sorry. The artist then seemed to accept the apology as he allegedly responded,<em> &#8220;alright cool, we&#8217;re good,&#8221;</em> to Drew.</p>
<p>Andrew added that it was &#8220;the weirdest interaction ever.&#8221; Meanwhile, Alex added to the story by saying, <em>&#8220;I did the coolest thing ever, and then you kissed T.I.,&#8221;</em> drawing more laughter from the car audience, including Drew.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;First of all, T.I. is fully in the right here. I was like feeling the vibes way too hard and I kissed T.I. on the cheek and he punched me in the face for it,&#8221; Drew said. &#8220;It&#8217;s fully fine.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
