Chemical Plant Explosion In China Kills Dozens And Hospitalizes 500+

This morning, two explosions went off in a warehouse site in Tianjin, China leaving dozens of people dead and even more missing. The second one as powerful as a 2.9 magnitude earthquake, leaving many homes in ruble.
According to CNN, [Xinhua news said that] local authorities suspended firefighting efforts Thursday because of a lack of information about the “dangerous goods” stored at the warehouse at the heart of the blasts. Still, officials are uncertain about how the explosion even started!
Apparently, the heart of the explosion lied in a warehouse site owned by Tianjin Dongjiang Port Rui Hai International Logistics Co. Ltd., a company that stores and transports dangerous chemicals. The company’s executives have been taken into custody as reported by Xinhua.
Please keep the 13 million residents of this city in your prayers!
