<p>Five months after breakup rumors surrounded <strong>Cher</strong> and <strong>Alexander &#8220;A.E.&#8221; Edwards</strong> — 77 and 37, respectively — the songstress says they&#8217;re still enjoying their time together!</p>

<p>The &#8220;Believe&#8221; singer shared her commentary during a sit-down with <a href="https://people.com/cher-talks-boyfriend-alexander-ae-edwards-never-too-late-to-find-love-exclusive-8350229" target="_blank" rel="noopener">PEOPLE</a>, and she hyped her boo up after remarking that she was &#8220;not surprised&#8221; by the public&#8217;s interest in their relationship.</p>
<p>As <strong><a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/cher-76-amber-roses-ex-alex-edwards-36-hold-hands-sparking-may-december-rumors-after-hollywood-dinner/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Shade Room</a> </strong>reported, the pair were spotted holding hands last November, and backlash prompted Cher to declare that she was enjoying the moment and <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/cher-reacts-to-fans-warning-her-about-alex-edwards-cheating-history-im-in-love-not-blinded-by-it/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">&#8220;not blinded&#8221;</a> by her feelings.</p>
<p>Now, Cher is suggesting that her &#8220;beautiful&#8221; and &#8220;way younger&#8221; man still has her full attention!</p>

<p>As far as the backlash goes, Cher declared, <strong><em>&#8220;I think it&#8217;s fun to be interested in somebody else&#8217;s love life!&#8221;</em></strong></p>
<p>She went on to say that A.E. is &#8220;special&#8221; before noting that she &#8220;love[s] being with him.&#8221; Cher also called him &#8220;fun&#8221; while acknowledging, <strong><em>&#8220;I&#8217;ve had the best time.&#8221;</em></strong></p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I hate when people say people are special, but lots of people say I’m special, so I can say that he&#8217;s special. No matter what happens, I love being with him. He makes me laugh, and we have fun. What I learned is that it’s never too late. If you wrote out all the statistics, you would go, &#8216;Well, this is doomed.&#8217; But we&#8217;ve been together a year, and if it was just a year, it would&#8217;ve been worth it. I&#8217;ve had the best time.&#8221;</p></blockquote>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">The Singer Notes That She &; A.E. Are Collabing Together While Living &#8220;In The Moment&#8221;</h3>
<p>Continuing, Cher said that she&#8217;s cherishing the pair&#8217;s &#8220;happiness&#8221; and trying to &#8220;live in the moment.&#8221; She also shared that she&#8217;s focusing on the vibes as opposed to worrying about &#8220;how long it&#8217;s going to last.&#8221;</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;If you have happiness, you can’t think about how long it&#8217;s going to last. You have to think about &#8216;How does it feel?&#8217; and live in the moment.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>In addition to Cher and A.E. enjoying their time together, the artist notes that they&#8217;re collaborating on a track called &#8220;Drop Top Sleigh Ride,&#8221; which will be featured on her upcoming holiday album.</p>
<p>Regarding their experience working together, Cher said it was &#8220;a hard thing to do&#8221; at first, though it all worked out since A.E.&#8217;s &#8220;a great producer.&#8221;</p>
