Yes boo, Chris Brown is currently suspected of Misdemeanor Battery and this TEA came straight from the Las Vegas PD (we spoke to them to double check).
According to them, Chris Brown was at the Palms hotel playing basketball in his suite (we posted a video of his suite the other day and it did include a basketball court) when he got into an altercation with a man and allegedly whooped his azz.
At 3:42 am this morning (pacific time) police officers responded to a call at the Sunrise Hospital. The victim transported himself to the hospital and was booked & released.
According to police, he was beat up by Chris and someone else.
Now, Chris is officially off of probation but the LV Police made it very clear what his options are. Either Chris accepts a citation for misdemeanor battery or he lets the case go to court and risk something worse happening.
Damn Chris we were rooting for you!
