<p>Less than a year after welcoming two more children, <strong>Chrissy Teigen</strong> is dishing on her and <strong>John Legend</strong>&#8216;s recent decision to renew their vows and commemorate ten years of marriage!</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Chrissy Teigen Says She Was Initially Hesitant About Renewing Her Vows</h3>
<p>Teigen shared her commentary during a sit-down with <a href="https://people.com/chrissy-teigen-john-legend-vow-renewal-italy-really-special-7973291" target="_blank" rel="noopener">PEOPLE</a>, noting that the celebration was &#8220;really special.&#8221; Chrissy also remarked that she felt &#8220;so lucky&#8221; in the &#8220;corniest&#8221; way.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;It was really special. Way more emotional than I anticipated, but really so good. And I just feel so lucky and so blessed and in all the corniest of terms.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>She added, <strong><em>&#8220;It was so f***ing sweet and amazing.&#8221;</em></strong></p>
<p>However, Teigen pointed out that she was a bit hesitant to go through with a vow renewal. As for what fueled this sentiment, she cited vow renewals being the so-called &#8220;kiss of death&#8221; in <em>Real Housewives </em>stars&#8217; marriages. Nonetheless, though, she followed through.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I didn&#8217;t want it to be a vow renewal. I come from the world of <em>Real Housewives</em> and a vow renewal is the kiss of death, but I was like, &#8216;Let&#8217;s kiss it. Let&#8217;s do it.'&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Regarding whether she and John would be open to eventually having another vow renewal, she joked, <strong><em>&#8220;My business accountant says that I can do it every 25 years.&#8221; </em></strong>Chrissy Teigen then noted that, while she isn&#8217;t a fan of celebrations, she&#8217;d be open to the idea.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;But no, I would, but you want to make it special too. And I really don&#8217;t like celebrations, whether it&#8217;s my birthday or anything. But I do love gratitude and I love thanking the people that have been there for the past 17 years of our relationship. To me, that was everything.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Returning to her initial reluctance to have a vow renewal, we should note that Chrissy shared a receipt at the end of a photo dump, showing the model declaring that she and John &#8220;do NOT want a [vow] renewal.&#8221; In response, her friend stated, <strong><em>&#8220;It&#8217;s 100% a vow renewal.&#8221;</em></strong></p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">The Vow Renewal Follows Some Significant Developments For The Family</h3>
<p>This development comes months after Chrissy Teigen and John Legend welcomed two additional children together, as <strong>The Shade Room </strong>reported.</p>
<p>Back in January, Chrissy gave birth to a <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/chrissy-teigen-and-john-legend-reveal-name-gender-baby/?_gl=1*1tdf321*_up*MQ..*_ga*MjA3NjY4MjM1Ny4xNjk1Mzk4MzA1*_ga_V2HX8YP3XL*MTY5NTM5ODMwMy4xLjEuMTY5NTM5ODM0OS4wLjAuMA.." target="_blank" rel="noopener">baby girl</a> named Esti.</p>
<p>About five months later, Teigen announced that she and John had enlisted the help of a <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/chrissy-teigen-newborn-son-surrogate/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">surrogate</a> to welcome a baby boy, <strong>Wren</strong>.</p>
<p>While <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CuCsL8bJ0pd/?img_index=1" target="_blank" rel="noopener">sharing the news</a> of her youngest child&#8217;s arrival, Chrissy proclaimed, <strong><em>&#8220;For as long as I can remember, I&#8217;ve always wanted four children.&#8221;</em></strong></p>
<p>In addition to these two newborns, Chrissy and John also share <strong>Luna </strong>and<strong> Miles </strong>— born in 2016 and 2018, respectively.</p>

<p>Furthermore, Chrissy was pregnant with a son named <strong>Jack </strong>in 2020, though complications ensued. While she initially described the loss as a miscarriage, Chrissy Teigen eventually <a href="https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/general-news/chrissy-teigen-miscarriage-abortion-john-legend-baby-jack-1235221899/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">acknowledged</a> that she had an &#8220;abortion to save [her] life for a baby that had absolutely no chance.&#8221;</p>
<p>Within her lengthy announcement about Wren, she shared a message to Jack by writing, <strong><em>&#8220;To our Jack, we know both their angel kisses are from you.&#8221;</em></strong></p>
