Last night, we reported that our roommates caught Ciara and Future in court yesterday. Ciara had her fans hopeful after tweeting “Where There’s FAITH, There’s HOPE.
God is An Awesome God! ”…. welp it looks like they may have jumped the gun a littlebecause word is she lost big time!
According to TMZ, Ciara served Future over not only defamation allegations but also child custody and it is being reported thatCiara and her lawyer showed up to court asking for sole custody of Baby Future. She also apparentlybashed Future calling him a bad parent and overall bad person. Future, who has gone on record calling Ciara washed up, showed up to defend his name and surprisingly the judge boughtit!
TMZ reports that Future asked for joint custody of their child and thats exactly what he got. The judge ruled in his favor, following a growing trend of judges in California ruling in favor off joint custody. Future was most likely asking for joint custody as a way to avoid being smacked with child support, its no secret that he has three other children with three babys mothers.
Oh, but its not over! This child custody ordeal is just a piece of the messy pie. The $15 million defamation suit Ciara filed against Future is still pending so it looks like these ex-lovers will be in court again in due time.
