TSR Updatez: It’s no secret that Bobby Shmurda will have to tighten up now that he’s out on parole but the conditions of his early release have recently been made public and man-o-man does it seem like they’re not making it easy for him.

The beloved rapper can still make music but he just might have to axe the rapstar lifestyle if he wants to stay out of jail. Under parole supervision, he cannot drink alcohol, use substances, or hang out in bars or with gangs until Feb. 23, 2026, according to TMZ.

The news outlet obtained the documents related to Bobby’s parole and it appears it comes with special conditions such as an 8 p.m. curfew. Bobby will also have to submit to substance abuse testing, which is pretty standard, and he’ll have to get counseling for aggression and anger.

He’ll also have to obtain and maintain employment, but it’s pretty obvious that that part is already figured out.

Bobby’s highly anticipated release from prison happened literally a month ago. The New York rapper spent a little more than five years behind bars.

Bobby was initially sentenced to seven years for conspiracy to possess weapons and possession of a weapon.

His sound was missed in the rap landscape as he has been credited for being one of the first Brooklyn drill rappers in America. But as he remained behind bars, his loyal fans never gave up hope that Bobby would be released early.

Despite a couple of hiccups in jail, including fighting and drug possession, Bobby was able to get out on parole.

His goals are to continue making music and to get his high school G.E.D. He was also pretty adamant about not returning to prison, saying he’d be “light skin in Jamaica” before going back.

We hear you, Bobby, and we truly hope that his path to success continues.
