His daughter, who first brought us <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/jamie-foxx-recovering-from-medical-complication-daughter-reveals/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">the news</a> of his &#8216;medical complication,&#8217; revealed on Friday (May 12) that Jamie is &#8220;recuperating.&#8221;</p>
<p>In fact, his eldest confirmed that Foxx has been out of the hospital for &#8220;weeks,&#8221; despite blog-and-internet-pushed rumors of Jamie&#8217;s &#8216;failing health.&#8217;</p>

The outlet&#8217;s headline claims, &#8220;Jamie Foxx&#8217;s Loved Ones Reportedly Preparing For The Worst.&#8221; Citing <a href="https://radaronline.com/p/jamie-foxx-friends-family-hoping-for-best-preparing-for-worst-hospital-medical-emergency/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Radar Online</a><em>, </em>their Instagram caption alleges Jamie&#8217;s<em> &#8220;inner circle is reportedly preparing &#8216;for the worst&#8217; as his health continues to decline.&#8221; </em>The caption adds that a &#8220;source&#8221; said Jamie <em>&#8220;wouldn&#8217;t be in a hospital this long f he was anything close to OK.&#8221; </em></p>
<p>Welp! It looks like Radar&#8217;s source got the wrong info because, <a href="https://www.instagram.com/corinnefoxx/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according to Corinne</a>, her dad is doing more than OK. In her Insta-statement, she added that Foxx was &#8220;playing pickleball yesterday.&#8221;</p>

<p>On May 3, Jamie Foxx, presumably, posted a message to his personal Instagram account. He didn&#8217;t mention the complication or give a health update. However, he let family, friends, and supporters know that he &#8220;[appreciates] all the love&#8221; and is &#8220;feeling blessed.&#8221;</p>

<p>Before Jamie&#8217;s post, it had been three weeks since Corinne revealed her father suffered an undisclosed &#8220;medical complication.&#8221; She said Foxx received &#8220;quick action and great care,&#8221; setting him &#8220;on his way to recovery.&#8221; But the radio silence that followed the <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/jordan-neely-family-react-daniel-penny-statement/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">bare statement</a> stirred theories, including those same &#8216;failing health&#8217; rumors Corinne slammed.</p>

The show announced <strong>Nick Cannon</strong> would fill Jamie&#8217;s seat as a guest host, while<strong> Kelly Osbourne</strong> would fill in as guest DJ. So, it&#8217;s unclear if Corinne&#8217;s sliver of hope for fans has anything to do with &#8220;Beat Shazam&#8221; or an entirely new project.</p>
