<p><strong>Da Brat</strong> and <strong>Jesseca &#8220;Judy&#8221; Harris-Dupart </strong>JUST welcomed their first child less than a week ago. But Jesseca has already had to address shady accusations of stealing their son&#8217;s name, <strong>True Legend</strong>, from a former friend.</p>

<p>Spoiler alert: Jesseca says the name-snatching accusations are all cap.<strong> Shaynah Solochek</strong> first claimed one of the two women has &#8220;wicked ways&#8221; in a recent Facebook post, saying she&#8217;s &#8220;so fed up.&#8221;</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I&#8217;m so fed up with you and your wicked ways I&#8217;ve kept [quiet] for years no matter how many paid interviews or blogs wanted me to. But you name your child after my children now you are GOING WAYYY TO FAR,&#8221; Solochek wrote.</p></blockquote>
<p>In a repost of the status to Instagram, she detailed her allegations:</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;There are so many names in the world my two sons name did not have to be it. I advise you to back off! I don&#8217;t do well with demons trying to attack my children! I am ready for WAR ATP! One name I would say: okay so many people have that name but to take both of their names. All negativity will be block! My page, my peace, my kids! Don&#8217;t mention others on this post.&#8221;</p></blockquote>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Judy Harris-Dupart Denies Stealing Their Son&#8217;s Name, True Legend, From Anyone Else</h3>
<p>Though Shaynah didn&#8217;t name-drop them, Jesseca, aka Judy, reacted on her Instagram Story. She flat-out denied she or Da Brat sourced their son&#8217;s name from Shaynah. The reality TV star also shared a video interview of Da Brat speaking about similar baby names in 2020.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;No negativity as we celebrate our PERFECT son, but let&#8217;s get 1 thing straight with LOVE. This is wife on Dish in 2020,&#8221; Judy wrote.</p></blockquote>
<p>In the clip, Da Brat explains that her future child will have all of her names. Presuming she&#8217;d have a girl, she said the future child would be named &#8220;Legacy Shanté Dupart,&#8221; adding the name would<em> &#8220;carry on the legacy of [her] parents.&#8221; </em></p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;We didn&#8217;t have a daughter, but my wife&#8217;s pick of OUR son&#8217;s name is a perfect fit for him with NO ONE else&#8217;s child in mind, ESPECIALLY a person we no longer follow/interact with nor know wtf is going on in their life,&#8221; Judy aslo wrote in the post.</p></blockquote>

<p>As previously reported, the couple welcomed True Legend Harris-Dupart on July 6 at seven pounds, eight ounces, and 20 inches long. Da Brat, who carried the child, called him &#8220;perfect in every way&#8221; and <a href="https://people.com/da-brat-49-gives-birth-to-son-with-wife-jesseca-exclusive-7557824" target="_blank" rel="noopener">revealed new motherhood</a> &#8220;feels like a dream&#8221; while speaking to <em>PEOPLE. </em></p>
