<p>Just over a month after welcoming <strong>True Legend</strong>, <strong>Da Brat,</strong> and <strong>Jesseca &#8220;Judy&#8221; Harris-Dupart</strong> are showin&#8217; off their baby boy!</p>

<p>The couple shared the photos of their son through a feature with <a href="https://people.com/da-brat-shares-first-photos-baby-son-true-legend-exclusive-7574329" target="_blank" rel="noopener">PEOPLE</a>, and the &#8220;Funkdafied&#8221; rapper provided meaningful commentary on her motherhood journey to accompany the reveal.</p>

<p>Reflecting on her newborn son, Da Brat said she&#8217;s &#8220;so grateful&#8221; to be a mother.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Look, this came out of my stomach. I cry every day. I just look at him and boo-hoo, because I&#8217;m so grateful.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Adding to this reflection, she acknowledged, <strong><em>&#8220;I&#8217;m 49, I&#8217;m high-risk, I have high blood pressure.&#8221;</em></strong></p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;So many women so much younger than me want kids and can&#8217;t have them, and I had a successful pregnancy. It&#8217;s just an honor. He&#8217;s such a blessing.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Nonetheless, the artist laughingly acknowledged that she &#8220;never&#8221; wants to experience labor again, though she added, <strong><em>&#8220;For him, it was worth it.&#8221;</em></strong></p>
<p>Ultimately, Da Brat wrapped up her PEOPLE sit-down by acknowledging that she&#8217;s leading a very different life than she was during her &#8220;Brat-a-tat-tat&#8221; days!</p>

<p>In another <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CvufclMOTgV/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&;igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Instagram upload</a>, the parents show True Legend posing with a faux boombox and microphone. Regarding the prop choices, the parents noted, <strong><em>&#8220;It was only right.&#8221;</em></strong></p>
