<p>Roommates, while DaBaby is fighting for his own freedom, the alleged victim involved in the physical altercation that led to his arrest is apparently planning on lawyering up!</p>
<p>According to<a href="https://www.tmz.com/2020/01/04/dababy-victim-promoter-lawsuit-lawyers-assault-arrest-injuries/"> TMZ_tv,</a> the man, a concert promoter named Kenneth, has plans to get himself a lawyer and file a lawsuit against DaBaby. apparently, multiple attorneys have already reached out and offered him help!</p>
<p>Kenneth says after the incident, he was forced to see a doctor because his injuries &#8220;were so bad&#8221;. He also says the video of the assault has caused he and his family hardship, as it is difficult to watch.</p>

<p>From Kenneth&#8217;s point of view, the story is a little different. He tells TMZ he was hired to put on a birthday party for rapper Stunna 4 Vegas at a Florida nightclub Thursday night. He says he made a deal with DaBaby to host the party for a discounted rate of $30k.</p>
<p>Well, Kenneth says he came up with $20k and promised Baby he would give him the remaining $10k when the party was over. Thats when things apparently got messy. Kenneth says Baby and his crew started getting angry, and violent.</p>
<p>As we <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/da-baby-arrested-in-robbery-case-authorities-claim-the-victim-was-doused-in-apple-juice/">previously reported</a>, DaBaby was detained by police in a robbery investigation, which turned out to be a battery case involving Kenneth. The police report stated that DaBaby allegedly robbed Kenneth of $80 and a credit card, and then doused him with apple juice.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s not the end of his legal woes, though. After being placed in police custody, authorities realized Baby also has a warrant in Dallas, following the fight he was involved in last month. If y&#8217;all memories serve you right, you&#8217;ll recall Baby and his friend allegedly attacked a food stand employee at the airport.</p>
