<h3 style="text-align: center;">DaniLeigh Allegedly Left The Moped Driver With A Spinal Fracture &; Kidney Laceration</h3>
<p>According to <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/05/30/danileigh-arrested-dui-hit-and-run-spinal-fracture-victim-moped/?adid=social-tw" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><em>TMZ</em></a>, DaniLeigh was arrested in Miami Beach, Florida, early Tuesday morning. Authorities note the &#8220;Lil Bebe&#8221; artist was involved in a hit-and-run incident with a moped while driving under the influence.</p>
<p>Harrowingly, she&#8217;s accused of striking the moped driver and dragging the scooter for about one block before police intervened.</p>

<p>After failing a field sobriety test, the officer says DaniLeigh took a breathalyzer. She allegedly blew 0.148—well above the legal limit of 0.08.</p>
<p>She was ultimately taken to jail and reportedly charged with three felonies: driving under the influence, DUI damage to property/person, and fleeing the scene of a crash involving serious bodily injury.</p>
<p>As for the moped driver, authorities say he received medical treatment and was diagnosed with a kidney laceration and spinal fracture.</p>
<p>According to the <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12140261/Singer-DaniLeigh-arrested-DUI-Miami-Beach.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><em>Daily Mail</em></a>, DaniLeigh was specifically booked at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. She has reportedly been released after posting a $9,500 bond.</p>
<p>DaniLeigh has not yet publicly addressed the situation.</p>

<p>After acknowledging that she had kept the project on the DL, she said she was &#8220;so grateful to have been [a part] of some of the choreography&#8221; for the beloved tour.</p>
