Roommates, David Banner is speaking out and clearing his name following disturbing allegations. Earlier this week, David Banner posted a photo of a past car accident and explained that he still has physical effects from it. Shortly after, the brother of the man who was killed in the accident accused David of being responsible for his brothers death-and now he has responded.
David Banner has been publicly accused of vehicular homicide following his involvement in a fatal car accident from earlier this year. The brother of Jeremy Evans, who was killed in the fatal car accident taking place about nine months ago, took to Instagram to call out David for his role in his brothers death after he complained about still having a concussion from the crash.
Re-posting the same photo of the wrecked vehicle that David Banner posted, the victims brother wrote a lengthy caption accusing David of being responsible for the deadly accident:
A lot of you may not know but my brother Jeremy Evans was and a fatal car accident on December29 2019 he was a the Toyota and the other driver @davidbanner was in that truck the police are trying to give my brother fault for the accident and saying speeding didnt play a factor my brother was hit from the side if speed didnt play a factor why does both vehicles look like this if sleep if speed didnt play a factor how much my brother died on impact but its all just a big cover because of who @davidbanner is but now its time for the truth to come to light
Following the allegations, David Banner responded and he confirmed that after the accident was thoroughly investigated, it was concluded that he was not at fault for the young mans death. Interestingly, he was not upset at the victims brother for publicly accusing him and instead voiced his compassion and asked his fans to take a similar approach if they are dealing with someone who is grieving a loss.
