<p><strong>Bobbi Storm </strong>was floating on cloud nine after allegedly securing two <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/2024-grammy-nominations-chris-brown-ice-spice-burna-boy/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Grammy nominations</a> on Friday (Nov. 10). To celebrate her accomplishment, the gospel singer wanted to flex her voice in the skies. But a <strong>Delta</strong> <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/fbi-investigates-american-airlines-flight-attendant-filming-teen-bathroom/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">flight attendant</a> was not here for it and threatened to remove Bobbi from the airplane if she did not sit down and be quiet.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">Here&#8217;s What Happened Between Bobbi Storm And A Delta Flight Lead</h3>
<p>A now-viral video shows Bobbi standing in the middle of the economy-class aisle as an attendant approaches her. Someone sitting in the same aisle as Storm seemed to be recording and continued to do so as the attendant demanded Storm take a seat.</p>
<p>He can be heard telling her, &#8220;No,&#8221; &#8220;Sit down,&#8221; and &#8220;Be quiet&#8221; as Storm backed up toward her seat. She agreed to sit down but added that the &#8220;seatbelt sign&#8221; was &#8220;off.&#8221; Storm responded, &#8220;It&#8217;s not a disturbance once you hear it,&#8221; but the attendant insisted she cease her performance.</p>
<p>After Storm took her seat, she revealed to the surrounding passengers that she <em>&#8220;used to sing on planes a long time ago.&#8221; </em></p>

My very first time, you guys,&#8221; she said as the nearby passengers clapped. &#8220;My name is Bobbi Storm, and I&#8217;m up for two Grammys. I sing for the Lord, and my song is out on all platforms. It&#8217;s called &#8220;We Can&#8217;t Forget Him.&#8221;</p></blockquote>

<p>At this point, the attendant followed Bobbi to her seat and stood nearby as she talked before walking off. She revealed that she wanted to sing when she &#8220;first got on the plane&#8221; but hadn&#8217;t done so in a while. Storm later admitted that she has &#8220;sang on over 50 flights&#8221; in her past.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, the flight attendant was not backing down. As she spoke, he interjected her, asking, <em>&#8220;Are you going to be quiet?&#8221;</em> When she said the passengers were enjoying her attempted performance, the attendant replied, <em>&#8220;I&#8217;m not enjoying it, so I&#8217;m asking you can you be quiet.&#8221; </em></p>
<p>Bobbi followed up, asking if she&#8217;d be kicked off the flight for not complying. Eventually, the attendant agreed that she would &#8220;not be taking this flight&#8221; if she couldn&#8217;t follow his instructions as flight lead. When she agreed to be quiet, the lead walked away. Bobbi Storm then proceeded to quietly sing her song and plug Maverick City Music &#8212; a contemporary gospel group.</p>

<p>For context, Bobbi is a featured vocalist on Maverick City Music&#8217;s &#8216;The Maverick Way.&#8217; The album <a href="https://www.grammy.com/news/2024-grammys-nominations-full-winners-nominees-list" target="_blank" rel="noopener">received a nomination</a> for &#8220;Best Gospel Album&#8221; in the 66th annual show. Bobbi is featured on the song &#8220;Firm Foundation.&#8221;</p>
<p>Maverick City Music, along with Chandler Moore and Naomi Raine, also received a &#8220;Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song&#8221; nomination for &#8220;God Problems.&#8221; Bobbi Storm is not listed in the song&#8217;s credits, but the track is on the &#8216;The Maverick Way&#8217; album.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">Delta Reaches Out To Bobbi &; Allegedly Apologizes</h3>
<p>Following the flight, <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/Czh-sUdMpYD/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Bobbi shared</a> the interaction on her Instagram feed. In the comment section, she asked fans not to &#8220;report this man, shame him or do anything negative&#8221; on her behalf. However, it looks like fans decided to stand ten toes behind the gospel singer &#8212; eventually getting Delta to ring Bobbi&#8217;s line.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;They did reach out to me. So whoever called, I can&#8217;t say thank you cause I don&#8217;t want this man to be reprimanded, where he loses his job. I simply want us to keep in mind how we treat each other and there was no rules being broken, and it was just me spreading my joy with people after they gave me the go to do so,&#8221; Storm said.</p></blockquote>
<p>Bobbi Storm says she hopes the man can learn &#8220;a valuable lesson in how to treat people.&#8221;</p>
