Delta Air Lines is stepping things up in economy class y’all! According to reports, they are currently testing out three-course dining and glasses of bubbly in the back of the plane!

Condé Nast Traveler is reporting that Delta is offering upscale dining and champagne for select international flights. The meal service starts with “Welcome Bubbles,” in which passengers have a choice of a Bellini or glass of LaCroix, San Pellegrino, or Seagram’s. Next, it’s an appetizer, which can consist of a salad with quinoa, roasted grapes, and pine nuts. Then, the entrée (pasta with cauliflower), and finally dessert… Häagen-Dazs ice cream!

Now before y’all get too excited, the new bistro service is currently only available for long-haul flights, specifically from Portland, Oregon and Tokyo. Delta says they are testing the service after getting feedback from travelers.

“Delta constantly listens to customer feedback and is now testing innovative ways to make our culinary experience onboard feel more like dining at a favorite restaurant,” a Delta spokesperson said in a statement. “As part of that, we are conducting a test on select international flights where flight attendants will deliver an enhanced Main Cabin dining experience that we’ll use to gather customer feedback.”

Roomies, are y’all here for it?!
