<p>And that&#8217;s just that on that! The NFL has finally made a decision in regard to <strong>Deshaun Watson</strong>&#8216;s sexual misconduct allegations and while the QB maintains his innocence, he has been suspended for 11 games after reaching a deal with the league.</p>
<p>The NFL announced the news of Watson&#8217;s penalty on Thursday afternoon, adding that the quarterback will also &#8220;promptly undergo a professional evaluation by behavioral experts and will follow their treatment program. Commissioner Roger Goodell had this to say about the agreement:</p>
<blockquote><p>Deshaun has committed to doing the hard work on himself that is necessary for his return to the NFL. This settlement requires compliance with a professional evaluation and treatment plan, a significant fine, and a more substantial suspension. We are grateful to Judge Robinson and Peter Harvey for their efforts in addressing these matters, which laid the foundation for reaching this conclusion.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>As we previously reported, 24 women filed sexual misconduct suits against Watson alleging he showed inappropriate sexual behavior toward them during his massage therapy appointments. Watson addressed the media on Thursday, initially stating that he took accountability for his actions. Soon after, he stated that he &#8220;never assaulted or disrespected anyone.&#8221;</p>
<blockquote><p>I&#8217;m grateful that the disciplinary process has ended and extremely appreciative of the tremendous support I have received throughout my short time with the Browns organization. I apologize once again for any pain this situation has caused. I take accountability for the decisions I made.&#8221;</p></blockquote>

<p>Dee and Jimmy Haslam, owners of the Cleveland Browns, announced they plan to invest in programs to educate children about the prevention of sexual misconduct.</p>
