<p>Rapper Desiigner is reportedly expected to enter a guilty plea on Friday, September 8. As <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/desiigner-indecent-exposure-airplane/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Shade Room</a> previously reported, the 26-year-old was charged with indecent exposure after allegedly masturbating on a flight earlier this year.</p>

<p>According to legal documents reportedly obtained by <a href="https://www.tmz.com/2023/09/07/desiigner-airplaine-guilty-plea-probation-japan/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">TMZ</a>, Desiigner is expected to enter the guilty plea on Friday. Additionally, the plea reportedly recommends that the rapper be sentenced to two years probation and 120 hours of community service.</p>
<p>Furthermore, the plea also recommends that the rapper issue a &#8220;public apology&#8221; to the flight attendants present at the time of his actions. The rapper is also expected to pay a $5,000 fine.</p>
<p><a href="https://hiphopdx.com/news/desiigner-guilty-indecent-exposure" target="_blank" rel="noopener">HipHopDX</a> reports that a charge of indecent exposure on an aircraft is usually &#8220;punishable by up to 90 days behind bars and a $500 fine if convicted.&#8221;</p>
<p>According to the outlet, Desiigner&#8217;s attorney is asking the court not to impose travel restrictions on the rapper. At this time, the outlet adds that the 26-year-old is expected to embark on musical tours for the remainder of this year into next.</p>

At the time, the rapper released a statement explaining that he had not been &#8220;okay&#8221; for &#8220;months.&#8221; Additionally, he explained that after performing &#8220;overseas,&#8221; he was &#8220;admitted in to a hospital.&#8221;</p>
<p>He continued by explaining that he was &#8220;given meds.&#8221; Then, he needed to take a plane back to the U.S.</p>

Additionally, the outlet reported that the rapper pleasured himself.</p>
<p>Flight attendants reportedly scolded the rapper, demanding he stop &#8220;multiple times.&#8221; The rapper was then allegedly moved to the back of the aircraft when, at this moment, attendants reportedly noticed a Vaseline jar fall to the floor.</p>
