Early last month, we reported that #Desiigner had been involved in a dispute with another man in the streets of NYC. They both got out of their cars in order to confront each other which led Desiigner to exposing himself twice while telling the man, “Suck my d*ck!”
Police wanted to get him on lewdness charges and had subpoenaed camera footage from the surrounding areas. Fortunately for Desiigner, the cameras that were in the area didn’t capture his junk, so he’s off the hook!
Sources tell @TMZ_Tv that the view was from so high up and that pedestrians looked like ants, so there was no was to confirm any lewd acts!
Also, there was only one video of the incident that circulated on the internet and the other man involved didn’t cooperate with police in the investigation.
