#Roommates, it seems that everyone had an opinion on T.I.’s explosive comments regarding checking to ensure his daughter is a virgin during their regular visits to the gynecologist—however amongst all the chatter, Deyjah Harris’ mom has remained silent…until now.
It took a few weeks, but T.I. finally publicly addressed his widely slammed comments surrounding his daughter Deyjah Harris, specifically accompanying the 18-year-old to the gynecologist and asking the doctor if Deyjah’s hymen has been broken. Tip recently sat down for a one-on-one with Jada Pinkett Smith on her popular Facebook talk show “Red Table Talk.”
Naturally, many people tuned in and offered their take on T.I.’s interview—and shortly after it aired, Deyjah’s mom, Ms. Niko, posted a message on social media that many perceive to be a jab at T.I.’s behavior. Ms. Niko simply posted “…Whew Chile, The Narcissism.”
Could Ms. Niko have been addressing a completely different situation? Of course, but her timing is what has fans thinking that she was calling out T.I. without actually saying his name.
If you didn’t watch his interview and want a brief rundown, here it goes. He basically said that the public got everything misconstrued, he didn’t mean any harm with his words and that much of what he said was embellished and exaggerated while he was on the podcast.
T.I. also told Jada this:
“Let me set this record straight. I was never in any exam room, that was an assumption, a falsity. I never said it was being done present day as an 18-year-old. I never said her mother wasn’t present.”
