Now Rachel Roy has denied being “Becky” after being swarmed by the Beyhive on her Instagram. However, word on the street is Roy was in attendance at Monday nights CFDA Gala, but made a quick exit before Beyoncé’s arrival.
According to Page Six, Roy arrived with model Candice Huffine, whom she dressed for the event. The two posed together on the red carpet and then made it inside.
However, once rumors started to go around that the Carter’s were making their arrival. Witnesses say Roy grabbed her place card and disappeared from the event and never came back.
“Rachel just came and left,” said a source.
A friend of Roy’s said she only left the event early because she had an early flight the next morning to be with her kids out in LA.
