<p>If you scroll through the comments in the post above, fans are speculating that the alleged baby may be the reason Trey and Lori broke things off.</p>
<p>If that&#8217;s not enough, Trey then posted a photo of him holding the child on his Instagram story, and then promptly deleted it. In addition to that, his brother left a comment under his photo saying &#8220;nephew&#8221;, and his mother left some cute emojis under the photo as well.</p>
