It looks like DMXs prison sentence for taxevasion is quickly coming to an end.
According to TMZ, DMXs lawyer, Murray Richman says that X will be released from Gilmer Federal Correctional Institution on January 27th and he’s excited to get back to his music and movie career.
Richman told the site that DMX is excited to get back to his huge family, especially his 15 children. Hes anxious to see his youngest son, Exodus Simmons, who reportedly has had some serious health issues.
DMX also has offers waiting for him once hes released as well. Hes reportedly been getting offers from movie producers about a biopic. Aside from that, hes also been writing a lot of songs while serving his time, so hes planning on dropping a new album when hes released.
As you all know, he’s been serving a 12-month sentence.
