Donald Trump Says He’s “Immune” To COVID-19 During Presidential Debate

On Thursday, during the topic of COVID-19, Donald Trump discussed his experience with COVID-19 and stated, he was “immune.”

While the topic of the pandemic came up, Donnie stated, I can tell you from personal experience that, I was in the hospital, I had it. And I got better, and I will tell you that, I had something that they gave me a therapeutic, I guess they would call it. Some people would say it was a cure, but I was in for a short period of time, and I got better very fast or I wouldnt be here tonight. And now they say I am immune whether its four months or a lifetime, nobody has been able to say that, but Im immune.

According to Wink News, this statement is “inconclusive, as more information is needed.

“A Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) COVID-19 vaccinationfact sheet updated on October 14 states that [t]here is not enough information currently available to say if or for how long after infection someone is protected from getting COVID-19 again; this is called natural immunity.

While on the topic, Biden stated that Trump doesn’t deserve to be president again, due to his lack of urgency.

“Anyone who is responsible for that many deaths should not remain as President of the United States of America.”
