<p>Drake has definitely been killing it all year when it comes to the music. Now he is taking over the summer with his Summer Sixteen Tour, and next he&#8217;ll be taking over BET&#8217;s Hip Hop Awards with 14 nominations.</p>
<p>Billboard exclusively reported that the “Controlla” rapper has the most nominations in categories such as, Album of the Year, Best Live Performer, Lyricist of the Year and multiple others.</p>
<p>He’ll be going up against a few other big names such as, Future, DJ Khaled and Kanye West, all who hold a hefty amount of nominations themselves.</p>
<p>Nonetheless, another category that everyone will have their eyes on is, Best New Hip-Hop Artists. The nominees include, Anderson. Paak (who made XXL’s 2016 Freshman Class), Bryson Tiller, Chance The Rapper, Tory Lanez and Desiigner.</p>
<p>The BET Hip Hop Awards film on September 17<sup>th</sup> and will air on October 4<sup>th</sup>.</p>
