Roommates, Champagne Papi likes the finer things in life, clearly. At least that’s the message I got after watching his Instagram post where he shows off his custom aircraft. Throw away airports and rented private planes cause Drizzy will be riding in ‘Air Drake’ from now on and haters all over the world are punching the air right now!
The OVO head honcho boasts in his Instagram video that the plane is “”No rental, no timeshare, no co-owners,” it’s all him! See his post below:

It wouldn’t be an OVO plane without his signature praying hands and owl. If that still wasn’t obvious enough, there’s always ‘Air Drake’ on the side of the plane in gigantic letters to spell it out. Inside the plane you can see luxurious seats and couches with more than enough space for him and his OVO affiliates.
Though Drizzy did cop the plane himself, he gives credit to a man in the video who happens to be CargoJet’s President and CEO Ajay Virmani. According to the Blast, sources close to the deal allege Drake has joined forces with Cargojet and the plane was a part of their deal.
In a statement given to Cargojet, Drake said: “Supporting homegrown businesses has always been a top priority of mine, so when an opportunity came up to get involved with a great Canadian company I was honored to do so.” Cargojet’s CEO also spoke about the partnership, saying: “We are very excited to partner with Drake as our ambassador and assisting him with his logistical needs and requirements. We have had a lengthy relationship with Drake and this partnership has grown organically between both parties. Cargojet and Drake are both great Canadian successes, we are thrilled to be partnering together.”
Plane aside, Drkae has a lot to celebrate these days. Becoming the most decorated Billboard Music Award recipient ever, taking home 12 awards to his collection of 27 just last week. See below:
