<p>Earlier this week we learned that recently a fan broke into Drake’s home, and when someone from his team returned to the residence they found the intruder in one of the bathrooms wearing one of his hoodies.</p>
<p>Instead of taking any of Drizzy’s valuables, she admitted to taking a Pepsi, Sprite and Fiji water. Now Drake is asking authorities to drop the felony burglary case against the woman.</p>
<p>According to <em><a href="http://www.tmz.com/2017/04/20/drake-drops-charges-burglary-pepsi-break-in/">TMZ</a></em>, Drake’s lawyer contacted the L.A. County D.A. and made it clear that the rapper would not be cooperative in any prosecution of the woman.</p>
<p>Sources say Drake believes the woman has “mental issues and thinks it would be cruel to make her a felon and send her to prison,” for the incident.</p>
<p>Without Drake’s help, it would be hard for the authorities to prosecute the woman.</p>
