<p>Drake is one of those artists who has been musically generous with his fans over the years. So when Drake drops, somehow and somewhere you&#8217;ll encounter his tunes. Five years ago, the multi-talented star released his award-winning album &#8216;Views&#8217; and delivered hits on hits.</p>
<p>The project earned him accolades across the industry. &#8216;Views&#8217; went on to be certified 6x platinum by the RIAA. It featured 19 tracks, along with the <a href="https://www.grammy.com/grammys/artists/drake/12370#:~:text=Drake's%20GRAMMY%2Dwinning%20%22Hotline%20Bling,the%20GRAMMY%20Museum%20and%20MusiCares.">2x GRAMMY-winning bonus song</a> &#8220;Hotline Bling.&#8221; It is the first album to ever reach one billion streams on the platform Apple Music, <a href="https://www.billboard.com/articles/news/7519062/drakes-views-first-album-1-billion-streams-apple-music">according to Billboard</a>.</p>
<p>Every song on the album also landed on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Some of the hit tunes &#8216;Views&#8217; featured are: &#8220;Controlla,&#8221; &#8220;Feel No Ways,&#8221; &#8220;One Dance,&#8221; &#8220;Pop Style,&#8221; &#8220;Fire &; Desire,&#8221; &#8220;Redemption,&#8221; &#8220;Too Good,&#8221; and &#8220;Faithful.&#8221; Despite the songs winning favor with fans, Drake did not release many visuals to accompany &#8216;Views.&#8217;</p>

<p>He did premiere a music video for &#8220;Hotline Bling,&#8221; which was so well-received that it inspired a few viral memes. If you&#8217;ve seen Drake doing a &#8220;dust my shoes off&#8221; type of dance in front of bright, colorful lights, then you&#8217;ve seen the meme. Director X directed the music video and Evan Landry produced it. By Saturday, the video had <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xpVfcZ0ZcFM">over 1.7 billion views</a> on YouTube.</p>
<p>To further assist &#8216;Views&#8217; visual side, the Canadian artist released a 23-minute video. The action-thriller called <a href="https://www.latimes.com/entertainment/music/la-et-ms-drake-video-please-forgive-me-20160926-snap-story.html">&#8220;Please Forgive Me&#8221;</a> was made available exclusively on Apple Music, The Los Angeles Times reported. The project, which was filmed in South Africa, uses songs from &#8216;Views.&#8217; Let&#8217;s just say Drake&#8217;s character and his pretend girlfriend ended their relationship with a bang!</p>
<p>As summer approaches, many are looking for <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/soulja-boy-claps-back-at-drakes-claims-that-without-bow-wow-there-would-be-no-him-drake-is-hilariousdude-stole-my-whole-bar/">another solid project</a> from the mega-star. Rick Ross recently interviewed with Miasia Symone of Atlanta&#8217;s Streetz 94.5 FM. He revealed that a <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/rick-ross-says-a-joint-album-with-him-drake-is-under-serious-consideration/">joint album</a> between him and Drake is being considered.</p>
<p>“After our latest release. … ‘Lemon Pepper Freestyle.’ We had that conversation and it’s most definitely under serious consideration.”</p>
