He already told us he only loves his BED and his MUM, so it’s no surprise that Drake&#8217;s mattress reportedly costs a whole $395,000. I know people whose whole houses cost less than that, let alone their mattress!</p>
<p>Drake gave us a sneak peak into his home in a recent<a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/drake-shows-off-his-toronto-mansion-in-architectural-digest/"><strong> Architectural Digest feature</strong> </a>where they spotlighted his $100 million home. Drake’s whole house is customized to his luxurious taste, and so is his bed.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p>&#8220;The bedroom is where I come to decompress from the world at the end of the night and where I open my eyes to seize the day,&#8221; Drake told AD. &#8220;The bed lets you float&#8230;&#8221;</p>
<p>Drake’s bed was apparently created by Swedish luxury bed maker, Hastens. The company collaborated with Drake’s luxury home designer, Ferris Rafauli, to create this masterpiece that now goes by the<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>name “Grand Vividus.”<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>

<p>Hastens mattresses are apparently so expensive because they’re hand crafted from natural materials such as horse hair, wool, cotton, and flax. In addition, these beds are supposed to last between 50-100 years chile.</p>

<p>If that’s not enough, <a href="https://www.complex.com/style/2020/04/drake-400-thousand-dollar-hastens-mattress"><strong>Complex reports</strong></a> that the Hastens company sends out a team to customers home three to five times a year to flip and massage the mattress—for free.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p>In addition to that, the “Grand Vividus” took about 6 hours to make, as it weighs about half a ton.</p>
