<p>By now, many of you know that Lil Nas X addressed his sexuality on the final day of pride month. He took to his Twitter and advised fans to take a closer listen to his song “C7losure,” to deliver his message.</p>
<p>Many people have expressed their opinions on his announcement. However, it has gotten to a point where Lil Nas X took to his social platform to post an emoji to show his disappointment and said, “Say one more homophobic thing to me.”</p>
<p>Dwyane Wade followed up and offered the rapper some advice and said, “Focus on all the good in your life. Don’t allow these fools to get to you. There’s a lot of us out here proud of who and what you represent.”</p>

<p>Last month, Dwyane talked about supporting his 12-year-old son Zion at Miami Beach’s Pride Parade.</p>
<p>When asked if he had advice for other parents of LGBTQ children, he said to <em><a href="https://variety.com/2019/biz/news/dwyane-wade-miami-pride-1203246328/">Variety</a></em>, “I think people expect you to parent each kid the same. They are all different, and I have to get to know them and where they are. I have to say to most parents, get to know your kids. Don’t put your wants and needs on them.”</p>
<p>When it comes to Lil Nas X, his success continues to skyrocket. Earlier this week, it was announced that his breakout single, “Old Town Road, “ is now the longest reign ever for a hip-hop hit as it sits at the top of <em><a href="https://www.billboard.com/articles/columns/chart-beat/8518219/lil-nas-x-old-town-road-number-one-hot-100-13-weeks">Billboard</a> </em>for the 13<sup>th</sup> week.</p>
