Erica Banks dropped her new single, ‘Do It,’ and people said her visuals were similar to Megan Thee Stallions ‘Thot Sh*t,’ video and she took to social media to respond.
On Friday, the 23-year-old took to Twitter to set the record straight. In two tweets, the Texas native let it be known that people should not be messy.
She wrote:
Yall always try to tear me down & it just never works. Apparently yall love a b***h bc Im always the world topic when I wake up out my sleep, literally.
Erica continued to say people have been trying to knock her down for two years.
Erica Banks this & Erica Banks that if yall would just pull my d**k out yall mouth for a second yall would probably realize that yall be sounding crazy.
She continued to say:
Stop being messy, yall been trynna knock me down for 2 years & Im still relevant. Let it go, Im here to stay Stink.
Erica is no stranger to controversy. Just last month, she stated Nicki Minaj only works with girls who cant rap. While speaking on Big Facts Podcast, Erica expressed:
Well you know, I love Nicki but I just feel like Ive been trynna reach out to her for a long time and I just feel like she really ignored me. And I feel like she entertains the girls who really dont even know how to rap, you know what Im saying? And my feelings hurt.
She never specifically called out anyone who rapped, but Coi Leray, who has a song (Blick Blick) with Nicki responded with laughing emojis.
Roomies, what do y’all think about this?
