UPDATE:
The manhunt has to an end! Police have finally found the other inmate who escaped from the Clinton Correctional Facility in NY. Officials say David Sweat was found and shot near the Canadian border.
Sweat was badly wounded but is still alive and has been taken into custody.
Police have spent more than three weeks trying to capture Sweat since he broke free from prison.
His accomplice Richard Matt was just discovered and shot in the head two days prior in Malone, NY after making it 40 miles away from the prison.
There were over 1300 law enforcement officials looking for the men since they escaped.
