<p>About five months after news broke regarding <strong>Eva Marcille</strong> filing to divorce <strong>Michael Sterling</strong>, new reports suggest that the matter has been said, done, and finalized — and the <em>Real Housewives of Atlanta </em>alum allegedly turned down all forms of support.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Eva Marcille Reportedly Didn&#8217;t Ask For Alimony Or Child Support</h3>
<p>According to <a href="https://radaronline.com/p/eva-marcille-settles-divorce-michael-sterling-1-million-home-declines-child-support/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Radar Online</a>, the matter was settled earlier this month, and the pair waived their respective rights to spousal support.</p>
<p>Furthermore, Eva reportedly didn&#8217;t seek child support from Michael in the settlement. Both parents will &#8220;support the children in their respective homes.&#8221;</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;The parties agree that each has ample income and assets to support the children in their respective homes. Accordingly, the parties agree that neither shall pay direct child support to the other.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>It&#8217;s also worth noting that Eva was allegedly awarded the <a href="https://www.the-sun.com/entertainment/678322/eva-marcille-800k-atlanta-home-rhoa-star-bravo/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">family home</a> and all its furniture. Michael is reported to have &#8220;removed any personal property&#8221; of his.</p>
<p>Regarding the custody agreement, Radar Online reports that the matter was privately settled.</p>
