<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Earnest Lacour of Oklahoma City now faces seven counts of <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/oklahoma-city-man-accused-of-knowingly-spreading-hiv/">knowingly spreading HIV</a> to multiple people after being arrested in October, according to court documents exclusively obtained by <strong><em>The Shade Room</em></strong>. </span></p>

<p>Lacour, 30, was charged with three felony counts of <a href="https://www.yahoo.com/video/oklahoma-city-man-charged-intentionally-203604604.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">spreading the infectious disease</a> in October 2022. Court documents show he is now facing seven felony counts.</p>

Each count is for each day he is accused of &#8220;ENGAGING IN CONDUCT REASONABLY LIKELY TO TRANSFER THE HUMAN IMMUNODEFICIENCY VIRUS(HIV).&#8221;</span></p>

<p>The woman who went to authorities after discovering she was HIV positive accuses Lacour of infecting her with the disease and<a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/exclusive-woman-responsible-for-putting-okc-man-behind-bars-for-allegedly-spreading-hiv-speaks-out-says-he-told-her-its-not-a-big-deal-when-she-shared-her-diagnosis/"> exclusively</a> told The Shade Room she thought she was sick because of a &#8220;stomach ulcer.&#8221; The mother also stated she was ill &#8220;for about two years&#8221; before her diagnosis in March 2022. She &#8220;lost so much weight&#8221; and &#8220;was throwing up for days at a time.&#8221;</p>
<p>Upon hearing the news, she FaceTimed Lacour, crying about her diagnosis, and claims Lacour told her that &#8220;it&#8217;s OK&#8221; and &#8220;it&#8217;s not a big deal.&#8221;</p>
<p>She also <span data-preserver-spaces="true">took to social media and claimed the accused of knowingly spreading the disease. As a result, more women came forward with the same claim. </span></p>
<h2 style="text-align: center;"><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Finding Out His HIV Status</span></h2>
<p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">It wasn&#8217;t until the anonymous woman and Lacour went to the doctor together that she discovered he was HIV positive.</span></p>
<blockquote><p><span data-preserver-spaces="true">I convinced him to come to the doctor with me. He was supposed to get his blood drawn at the doctor&#8217;s office, but he started treatment the same day I started treatment.</span></p></blockquote>
<p>Lacour&#8217;s attorney, Joel Porter, filed a motion for bond in March, but it was denied by a judge.The 30-year-old&#8217;s preliminary hearing is expected to occur later this month (April 21).</p>
