<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">According to documents exclusively obtained by <em>The Shade Room</em>, <strong>YFN Lucci</strong>’s (Rayshawn Bennett) lawyers have filed an emergency bond hearing with Fulton County.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">On May 13th, Lucci’s lawyer filed a supplemental emergency hearing, a motion<a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/yfn-lucci-claims-he-was-stabbed-in-jail-asks-judge-to-grant-bond/"> in addition to the one he filed in March</a>, after he was allegedly “stabbed with a shank, repeatedly, inside the Fulton County Jail.” </span></p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;">YFN Lucci Lawyers Allege Young Thug Attempted To Have Him Killed</h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">According to the documents, the motion cites the <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/?s=young+thug&;post_type=post">YSL RICO indictment</a> that alleges two of <strong>Young Thug’</strong>s associates received permission from him to make <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/update-prosecutors-claim-young-thugs-associates-worked-to-get-his-permission-to-murder-yfn-lucci-in-jail/">a second attempt to murder YFN Lucci</a>.</span></p>

<blockquote><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The indictment specifically names Mr. Bennett as a victim to numerous crimes – some </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">facts of which were alleged in Mr. Bennett’s most recent Emergency Motion for Bond Due to </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Material Change in Circumstances.</span></p></blockquote>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The motion continues to say that Lucci was a victim based on the Young Thug indictment.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Count 40 of the indictment charges three defendants with ATTEMPTED MURDER of </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Rayshawn Bennett &#8220;by stabbing and stabbing at Rayshawn Bennett with a shank’ inside the</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fulton County Jail.” </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Throughout the five-page motion, Lucci is listed as a victim in five different instances in the Young Thug indictment. </span></p>
<blockquote><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In total, Mr. Bennett is the named victim in five different criminal offenses contained in </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Counts 1, 40, 42, 43, and 47.</span></p></blockquote>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The motion also says neither the Fulton County District Attorney nor Victim’s Advocate have contacted Lucci nor his lawyers. He also allegedly has not been notified of his rights.</span></p>
<blockquote><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">&#8220;Despite being a named victim in a sprawling and high-profile criminal case, the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, nor any Victim’s Advocate from their office has reached out to Mr. Bennett or his counsel. He has not been apprised of his rights under O.C.G.A § 17-1-1, the Georgia Crime Victims’ Bill of Rights.&#8221;</span></p></blockquote>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Court documents also say that Lucci’s “life is directly in danger,” and other attempts have been made to take his life since being in jail. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">His lawyers are requesting Lucci be released with &#8220;reasonable conditions&#8221; and an &#8220;emergency bond hearing.&#8221;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As you know, Lucci is in jail currently <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/trial-date-for-yfn-luccis-murder-and-racketeering-case-set-for-may-2022/">awaiting trial</a> on racketeering and murder charges.</span></p>
