#Roommates, I can’t imagine what it would be like to have your own parent suing you! For Frank Ocean, his legal issues with his father seem like it’s far from over! Reports are saying a judge has reprimanded Frank for his lack of response to the $14.5 million dollar lawsuit filed against him by his own father.
According to The Jasmine Brand, the judge has warned if he doesn’t cease his actions he is facing sanctions by the court. Ocean’s father, accused Frank of dismissing the lawsuit right away without presenting any facts. The judge also noted Ocean has responded to the case with one-word answers and minimal defense.
For those of you who may not have caught the back story, Ocean’s father is suing the singer after Frank claimed his father made derogatory comments against a waitress when he was just 6 years old. “I was 6 years old when I heard my dad call our transgender waitress a f****t as he dragged me out of a neighborhood diner saying we wouldn’t be served because she was dirty”.
Ocean’s father claims because of the allegations made by his son, it demoralized his character and ruined his image. Ocean’s father also states the allegations are false.
