Robert Spellman, 48, was convicted of burglary and grand theft back in August after breaking into the managers stock room at a Circle K and stealing $600 worth of cigarettes.
According to CBS News, Robert already had 14 felony and 31 misdemeanor convictions prior to the cigarette theft, which qualified him as a habitual felony offender. His constant mess ups caused the judged to give him a lengthy sentence to provide him with time to truly think about his actions.
