John Enochs, a former student of Indiana University recently served one day in jail. He was later ordered to serve one year on probation after being found guilty in two different rape cases that occurred last year.
According to Fox 59, court documents state that one of the victims said she was raped at the Delta Tau Delta fraternity house but could not make out her attacker. She repeatedly asked him to stop, but he held her down before she finally got away.
Surveillance video shows Enochs enter the room with the victim, before she leaves 24 minutes later. While investigating the case, police found a similar case from 2013. Enochs was later arrested based off of DNA evidence and witness statements.
He accepted his plea deal and was sentenced on Thursday.
