<p>While she&#8217;s a big-name superstar with a star-studded family, <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/start-em-early-gabrielle-union-teaches-4-year-old-daughter-about-self-love-it-starts-at-home/?_gl=1*13pgjfn*_up*MQ..*_ga*MTkzODUwNTcwNi4xNjg0MTg1ODIx*_ga_V2HX8YP3XL*MTY4NDE4NTgyMC4xLjEuMTY4NDE4NTgyNi4wLjAuMA.." target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Gabrielle Union</strong></a> is opening up about how she still works to overcome.</p>
<p>Despite these anxieties, however, Gabrielle was sure to point out that—in her and <a href="https://dev.theshaderoom.com/dwyane-wade-praises-daughter-zaya-after-her-runway-debut-at-paris-fashion-week-just-an-icon-living/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Dwyane Wade</strong></a>&#8216;s household—they split finances right down the middle.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Gabrielle Union Is Rejecting Her &#8220;Scarcity Mindset&#8221;</h3>
<p>During a recent sit-down on Bloomberg&#8217;s <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LXifG9fYAww" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><em>Idea Generation</em></a>, Gabrielle spoke on the subject.</p>
<p>About 18 minutes into the 38-minute interview, host <strong>Noah Callahan-Bever</strong> asks Union when she began to &#8220;develop that first sense of security&#8221; in knowing that she&#8217;s an established actress who <em>will </em>continue to get work.</p>
<p>The <em>Bring It On </em>actress declared, <strong><em>&#8220;I struggle with that.&#8221;</em></strong></p>

<p>While elaborating, she explained that she feels she has &#8220;more responsibilities for [her] money.&#8221; As a result, she&#8217;s filled with anxieties about successfully profiting off projects and staying in tip-top financial shape, which makes her &#8220;nervous.&#8221;</p>
<p>She explained the thought process behind these anxieties by remarking, <em><strong>&#8220;Oh, that movie didn&#8217;t open. What does that mean? Am I gonna have enough to hold everybody up?&#8221;</strong></em></p>
<p>In the face of these feelings, Gabrielle is trying to &#8220;calm down&#8221; and refrain from allowing her &#8220;scarcity mindset to be [her] engine.&#8221;</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center;">Gabrielle Says She &; Dwyane Wade &#8220;Split Everything&#8221; In Their Household</h3>
<p>Shortly after that, Gabrielle spoke on some of the financial dynamics within her household. She revealed that she and Dwyane &#8220;split everything 50/50.&#8221;</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;It&#8217;s weird to say I&#8217;m head of household because, in this household, we split everything 50/50.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>Union went on to speak on the looming pressure of working to stay afloat and continue fulfilling her financial duties.</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;In the other households that each of us have to support, it puts this gorilla on your back that is like, &#8216;You better work, b***h!&#8230;You wanna sleep in? Somebody might not eat.'&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>She finished the thought by adding, <em><strong>&#8220;It&#8217;s hard to let that go, so I&#8217;m working on that.&#8221; </strong></em></p>
