Gervonta Davis’ baby mama is reportedly asking him for $10,000 a month in child support for their baby girl Gervanni. Andretta Smothers reportedly filed court docs this week following claims she made that Gervonta allegedly used to ask her for “seductive favors” in exchange for child support payments, Bossip reports. Although, it should be noted that Gervonta reportedly denies this.
Even though Dretta is allegedly asking for 10 stacks each month, state guidelines only require Gervonta to actually pay her closer to $2,200 a month. But according to court docs, Dretta reportedly claims that Gervonta is a high-income earner who pulls in $156,000 a month, which is more than enough to support their child in the lifestyle that they have become accustomed to.
Dretta also allegedly claims that she has been unemployed since their daughter was born and that Gervonta has been unofficially supporting her and the baby. A judge legally declared that Gervonta was the papi of Gervanni back in September.
In regard to those sexual favors, Bossip claims the court papers showed that Dretta was fed up with the arrangement and decided to file a suit for child support.
Gervonta has not responded to Dretta’s child support request. But it sounds like things aren’t all bad. Both parents agreed to a parenting plan where both sides would have joint custody of the baby with Dretta having primary physical custody.
Dretta reportedly acknowledged Gervonta’s career in boxing made it difficult to see the baby consistently, but they both agreed that he could spend time with her whenever he came to Georgia, which is where Dretta and Gervanni live, as long as it doesn’t interfere with the baby’s schooling or extracurricular activities.
