Back in 2011 before there was any mention of Tyga and Kylie Jenner, Tyga had been accused of sexually assaulting one of his video vixens.
According to TMZ, Tyga and his label, Young Money, were hit with a $50,000 lawsuit for sexual battery, fraud, invasion of privacy, and infliction of emotional distress from then 20-year-old Allison Brown, who was allegedly approached by a friend of Tyga’s to appear in his “ Make It Nasty” video.
Brown alleged that initially she was approached by a man who was supposed to be a close friend of Tyga’s and told her she would be a “good look” for the rapper’s music video. She says that when she arrived at the Hollywood Hills mansion for the video some of the producers tried to get her drunk even though she was underage. Not only that, she says that a man dressed in a costume at the video shoot began to dry hump her and when she tried to get away from him another man grabbed her breast.
To add insult to injury, her lawsuit also states that she was pressed into going topless for his video off the promise that her nipples would not be shown in the video but in the end they were. Three other women, Alissa Rae Ross, Azia Davis, and Elizabeth Velasquez also filed a suit for breach of contract, invasion of privacy, and fraud because the same empty promise was made to them.
While that lawsuit had initially been settled earlier this year, Brown has now popped up again to say Tyga has shorted her on his bill. Maybe he spent all his coins taking Kylie out grocery shopping? Anyways, she claims she has only received $25,000 in February, which is only half of what she is owed.
She is now requesting that the judge make Tyga pay the $25,000 owed on top of a penalty fee for not paying up on time. There has reportedly been no word from Tyga on the allegations. Now the only question is who splits that cost since Tyga no longer wants to be affiliated with Young Money.
